Stage 1 - DEFINITIONS

Stage 1 (from March 2020 to June 2020) aims at clarifying the definitions of what constitutes a CBRN event, the role of relevant actors and the capabilities and equipment required in the different phases of the CBRN emergency management cycle. It is structured around 2 tasks:

• Definitions of CBRN agents, events and actors (led by UNIFI)
• CBRN emergency management cycle (led by SSSA)

Stage 1 will produce two working papers and short memos on key definitions.
