Laura Magi is Assistant Professor of International Law at the University of Florence, Law Department. Since 2015 she teaches International Law at School of Economics and since 2019 International Law at the School of Political Science (University of Florence). She holds a Ph.D. in International and European Union Law (University of Padua, 2007). In 2009-2010 she was Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute (Florence) and in 2010 won the Italian Society of International Law Prize for the best article written by a young international law scholar. She is member of the Editorial board of the Journal “Diritti umani e diritto internazionale”. Her research interests include conflicts of norms and jurisdictions, human rights law and international responsibility.
