Dr. Stefano Saluzzo
Stefano Saluzzo is Assistant Professor of International Law at the Law Department of the University of Piemonte Orientale, where he teaches International Law and European Union Law and is responsible for two international moot courts.
He graduated cum laude in 2012 and obtained his PhD in 2013 from the University of Palermo.
He has held visiting position in various universities and research centres, including the Brussels School of International Studies of the Kent University and the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for European, International and Regulatory Procedural Law. He has also been visiting lecturer at the Brussels School of International Studies for the course on The Law of Armed Conflict within the LLM program on International Conflict and Security.
He is the author of a book on the relationship between European Union law and international agreements of the Member States and has published in the fields of international treaty law, international organizations and external relations of the European Union, data protection and trade law. He is a member of the Italian Society of International Law, the European Society of International Law, the Society for Military Law and the Law of War and the Sanremo International Institute for Humanitarian Law.
